Care & Handling Instruction

Uses :- 1 Soak moong for 2-3 hours and pressure cook them. 2 Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion, tomato and cook until translucent. 3 Then add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and stir for about a minute. 4 Now add the boiled moongs and mix well. And serve hot with chapattis.
